UF7 Roof Ventilator 24v Fan Kit (Thermostat)

This system is designed to exhaust trapped heat out of the roof space.
The fan runs off a 24 volt transformer that is wired through an adjustable thermostat to turn it on/off at a set tempature.

Installation

Easy Handy man, no licence required. Roof ventilators can be fitted to a  15-35 degree pitched tile or metal roof.  
Roof fan is mounted just under the ridge capping. The thermostat is mounted in the roof space.
A power point fitted in the roof space or in a built in floor to ceiling wardrobe can be used for the fan.

$30 per year.
