This system is designed to exhaust internal trapped heat out of a hallway or room through the roof. The Roof fan runs off a 24 volt transformer that is wired through an adjustable thermostat to turn it  on/off at a set tempature.

Installation

Easy Handy man, no licence required. Roof ventilators can be fitted to a  15-35 degree pitched tile or metal roof. The grille is mounted flush into the ceiling its then connected by ducting to the motor which is mounted on the  roof just under the ridge capping. The thermostat is mounted on to a internal wall to read the internal tempature. A power point fitted in the roof space or in a built in floor to ceiling wardrobe can be used for the fan.
